Industrial Minimalism

We approached the design of NKG's office space with a focus on merging industrial aesthetics with minimalism, creating an environment that not only reflects the company's identity but also prioritizes sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Situated within a newly constructed building with exposed concrete finishes, we embraced the existing architectural elements, minimizing additional construction to reduce environmental impact and project costs.

Leveraging Natural Light and Existing Surfaces

One of the notable features of the space is the abundant natural light streaming in through wide windows, illuminating the interior and enhancing the sense of openness. To further enhance this aspect, we opted for minimal wall surfaces painted in crisp white, amplifying the brightness and cleanliness of the space while allowing the concrete backdrop to serve as a backdrop for the industrial aesthetic.

Industrial Accents

In keeping with the industrial theme, we incorporated black-framed glass walls and industrial-style pendant lighting fixtures. These elements not only match the existing window frames but also strengthen NKG's brand identity by subtly incorporating elements that reflect the company's values into the design.

Functional and Inviting Workspace

Upon entering the office, visitors are greeted by a clean, uncluttered aesthetic accentuated by the prominent display of the NKG brand logo. The open-plan layout features dedicated workstations on one side, maximizing productivity, while a lounge area on the opposite side provides a relaxed setting for informal meetings and visitor interactions.

Tailored Spaces fur Unique Functions

Within the office, we identified the need for specialized spaces to accommodate the unique requirements of NKG's operations. The cupping room, designed to facilitate coffee bean tasting sessions, exudes warmth with its use of wood, including LVT flooring and cabinets for coffee bean storage. In contrast, the meeting room is floored with green carpet, echoing the hues of the NKG logo and infusing the space with a natural ambiance conducive to collaboration and creativity.

Unified Palette and Finishes

Throughout the office, we maintained a cohesive color palette and material selection, ensuring harmony and flow within the space. Warm gray matte epoxy flooring complements the exposed concrete, while warm brown hues in the lounge area furniture add a touch of comfort and sophistication.

Bringing Nature Indoors

To counterbalance the industrial aesthetic and infuse the space with a sense of vitality, we purposefully incorporated large plants throughout the office. These botanical elements not only soften the coldness of the concrete but also contribute to a biophilic design approach, promoting well-being and connection with nature among occupants.

Detailed Curation

Every aspect of the design was carefully curated, from the selection of furniture to the choice of fixtures and finishes. Stools in the cupping room, minimalist sink faucets, and sleek refrigerators were chosen not only for their functionality but also for their ability to seamlessly integrate into the overall design aesthetic, contributing to the office's sleek and inviting atmosphere.

Space Ambiance

The resulting ambiance of the NKG office is one that balances rugged industrial elements with refined sophistication. While the rawness of the concrete imparts a sense of authenticity and character, elements such as wood, plants, and carefully curated furnishings imbue the space with warmth, inviting occupants and visitors alike to feel inspired, productive, and at ease.

We believe that thoughtful design has the power to elevate the human experience, and the NKG office is a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally enriching. 인더스트리얼 미니멀리즘

우리는 인더스트리얼이 주는 아름다움과 미니멀리즘을 결합하는 데 중점을 두고 NKG의 사무실 공간 디자인에 접근하여 회사의 정체성을 반영할 뿐만 아니라 지속 가능성과 비용 효율을 우선시하는 환경을 조성했습니다. 신축 건물 내 노출콘크리트로 마감되어 있던 기존 건축요소를 수용하여 공사를 최소화 하고 환경적인 영향을 줄이면서 공사 비용을 절감했습니다.

자연광과 기존 마감 활용

이 공간의 가장 큰 특징 중 하나는 넓은 창을 통해 들어오는 풍부한 자연광이 내부를 밝게 하고 개방감을 높여주는 것입니다. 이러한 부분을 더욱 강화하기 위해 우리는 최소한의 벽면을산뜻한 흰색으로 칠하여 공간의 밝기와 청결함을 증폭시키는 동시에 콘크리트 배경이 인더스트리얼이 주는 아름다움을 발산 할 수 있도록 했습니다.

인더스트리얼 악센트

인더스트리얼 테마에 맞춰 유리벽의 블랙 프레임과 인더스트리얼 스타일의 펜던트 조명을 공간에 배치했습니다. 이러한 요소는 기존 창틀과 조화를 이룰 뿐만 아니라 NKG의 가치를 반영한 요소들을 디자인에 은은하게 담아내며 NKG의 브랜드 아이덴티티를 강화합니다.

고유 기능을 위한 맞춤형 공간

NKG 사무실에는 고유 기능을 수용할 수 있는 전문 공간이 필요했습니다. 원두 시음을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 설계된 커핑룸은 LVT 바닥과 원두 보관용 캐비닛에 우드를 사용하여 따뜻함을 자아냅니다. 이와 대조적으로 회의실은 녹색 카펫을 사용하여 NKG 로고 색상을 반영하고 협업과 창의성에 도움이 되는 자연스러운 분위기를 공간에 불어넣습니다.

어우러지는 팔레트와 자재

사무실 전체에 걸쳐 일관성 있는 색상 팔레트와 자재를 사용하여 공간이 조화롭고 자연스러운 흐름을 보여주도록 했습니다. 매트한 웜그레이 에폭시 바닥은 노출 콘크리트와 어우러지고 이 위의 라운지 공간의 웜 브라운 가구는 편안함과 세련미를 더해줍니다.

자연을 실내로 가져오다

인더스트리얼이 주는 미학의 균형을 맞추고 공간에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 사무실 곳곳에 대형 식물을 의도적으로 배치했습니다. 식물 요소는 콘크리트의 차가운 느낌을 완화할 뿐만 아니라 자연친화적인 디자인 접근 방식에 기여하여 직원들의 웰빙을 돕고 자연과의 연결을 느끼게 해줍니다.

디테일한 큐레이션

가구 선택부터 마감재 및 하드웨어까지 디자인의 모든 측면에서 신중하게 선별했습니다. 커핑룸의 스툴, 미니멀한 세면대 수전, 세련된 냉장고는 기능성뿐만 아니라 전반적인 디자인 미학과 잘 어우러져 사무실이 세련되고 매력적인 분위기가 연출되도록 했습니다.

공간 분위기

NKG 사무실의 분위기는 거친 인더스트리얼 요소와 정교하게 디자인된 세련미가 균형을 이룹니다. 콘크리트의 날것의 느낌은 그것의 고유함과 개성을 부여하는 반면, 목재, 식물, 신중하게 선별된 가구와 같은 요소는 공간에 따뜻함을 불어넣어 직원들과 방문객 모두에게 영감을 주고 생산적이게 도우면서도 편안함을 느끼게 합니다.
